PCOS KIT TEA BAG INSTRUCTIONS

Drink 1 tea bag in 16 oz of water, 2 times a day.

Morning — preferably on an empty stomach
Night — after dinner

Continue until all 10 tea bags are finished.

FERTILE CLEANSE TEA

Drink 1 tea bag prepared in 16 oz of water, 2 times a day.

Morning and night.

The 16 tea bags will last approximately 8 days.

JAMAICAN DOG BLOOD BUSH TEA

Drink 1 tea bag prepared in 16 oz of water once a day.

The 7 tea bags will last approximately 7 days.

You may start the Fertile Cleanse and Jamaican Dog Blood Bush during your period or immediately after your period ends.

Continue both teas together daily until they are finished.

🚫 AVOID SEX

Do not have sex while completing the cleansing portion of the program.

Wait until the teas are finished before returning to your normal trying-to-conceive routine.

📅 AFTER THE CLEANSES

Once you finish your teas, begin tracking your ovulation.

Use ovulation test strips daily and also pay attention to natural fertility signs such as egg-white cervical mucus and changes in your usual cycle symptoms.

Once your fertile window is identified, you can begin having sex regularly during that window.

✨ EXTRA TIPS

Avoid alcohol and smoking while completing the cleanse.

Limit processed foods, fried foods, excessive sugar and heavy starches.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Try to eat clean, balanced meals and stay consistent with your tea schedule.
