Good day, please read our policy carefully. All orders must be picked up at the scheduled time. Orders cannot be kept overnight. Gallons are made fresh and can spoil quickly due to heat, so timely pickup is very important.

Boat Delivery Policy – Kryshanda International

Boat deliveries are available to the Family Islands for customers ordering gallons, teas, and selected products. Please read the following carefully before placing your order:

• Full payment must be made before any boat delivery is scheduled.

• All made-to-order products are prepared fresh after payment confirmation.

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct boat name, departure time, destination dock, and receiver’s contact information.

• Boat fees are separate from product costs and must be paid in advance.

• Once an order is dropped to the boat, Kryshanda International is not responsible for delays caused by the boat company, weather conditions, or pickup delays.

• Customers must arrange prompt pickup once the boat arrives to preserve product freshness and quality.

• Refrigerated items should be collected immediately upon arrival.

• No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders damaged due to delayed pickup after arrival at the dock.

• A confirmation photo or receipt will be sent once the package has been dropped off to the boat.

• Same-day boat drop-offs may be available for rush orders depending on preparation time and boat schedule availability. Additional rush fees may apply.

Shipping for Family Islands starts at $23 and may vary based on location, size, and weight of the order.
