Pickup is available by appointment only. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving.

Customers should collect freshly prepared or refrigerated products during their confirmed pickup period to maintain freshness and quality.

Nassau Delivery

Local delivery is available for an additional fee. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

Family Island & International Shipping

Shipping is available to eligible destinations. Shipping charges and available methods may vary based on destination, package size, and service selected.

Once an order has been transferred to a courier, airline, mail boat, postal service, or other third-party carrier, delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or transportation disruptions are outside our direct control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct name, telephone number, island/country, and complete delivery address.

Additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination may be the customer’s responsibility.
