Thank you for shopping with Kryshanda International. Due to the nature of our wellness, herbal, personal-care, and freshly prepared products, the following policy applies.

All sales are final once an order has entered preparation or fulfillment.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Freshly prepared or refrigerated products
• Herbal teas, cleanses, supplements, or wellness products
• Opened or used products
• Personal-care products
• Customized or specially prepared orders

Please review your order carefully before completing payment.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the matter and determine the appropriate resolution.

Approved refunds, replacements, or store credits are issued at the discretion of Kryshanda International based on the circumstances.

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided or begun.
